TECHNIQUES FOR BOXING FOR THAI BOXERS

VS

WESTERN BOXING

  • Learn different stance, footwork and techniques vs. Western boxing
  • Thai boxers need to consider blocks, knees, elbows, kicks.
  • Combinations can include knees and elbows. 
  • Pre-requisite is Beginners Muay Thai.
We offer:

3 BOXING  PAD WORK classes per week

BOXING  TECHNIQUES classes per week

What you will need:

Size of the gloves depends on weight. Coban recommends the following:

  • 14 oz  or 12 oz gloves:  For less than 150 lbs 

  • 16 oz gloves: For 150+ lbs

Coban demonstrates a punch, knee combination with parrying and footwork
